2.1 For Pujas and Ritual Services
• Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled service: Non-refundable.
• Cancellations made 48+ hours before the scheduled service: Refund eligibility depends on the vendor’s policy; platform service fees are non-refundable.
2.2 For Accommodation
• Cancellations within 48 hours of check-in: Non-refundable for the first night; subsequent nights may qualify for partial refunds, per vendor policy.

2.3 For Travel and Tour Services
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled tour or travel service are non-refundable.
• Cancellations made 48+ hours before the service may qualify for partial refunds, per vendor policy.
3. Vendor-Initiated Cancellations
• If a vendor cancels a booking due to unavoidable circumstances, users are entitled to a full refund, including platform service fees.
• Vendors are encouraged to provide users with alternative options where possible.
4. Modifications
• Modifications to bookings (e.g., date changes, service adjustments) are subject to vendor approval and availability.
• Additional charges or refunds resulting from modifications will depend on vendor policies.
